About DRC Services
DRC Services was established in 1998 as an independent consulting firm
serving small and medium
sized companies in Malaysia. As an independent firm, DRC Services offers value
for money
services as our overheads are low due to the freelance nature of our
consultants. In 2006, DRC
Services started offering educational services to training institutions,
professional bodies as well as
consulting firms. The firm is domiciled in Malaysia but through our associates
on the ground in
many countries and by extensive use of internet technologies we are able to

over the world. In 2007, with the combined experiences and knowledge of our
associate consultants,
we have developed a series of high quality Business & Management courses with a
unique delivery
system for distance learning. We are now offering a series of management

Course Synopsis –Business Management
The globalization of the world economies have thrown up many new challenges
to companies competing in the common markets worldwide. It is imperative that
companies are managed professionally and only by qualified professionals to
ensure that the challenges are met. DRC Services presents a Business Diploma
that will equip managers with the necessary skills to meet such challenges.
Target Participants
This Diploma Program is targeted at managers, professional, business owners,
consultant or anyone
involved in the process on improving human resources management in their
company. Diploma holders will then be able us the diploma for advance standing
in certain universities for admission in their post graduate degrees or MBAs.
Tutorial Support
The hallmark of our distance learning program is the tutorial support system
that we offer to our
students. Once you embark on a course of study with us we will provide a
qualified professional as a
tutor to you for a maximum a period of 6 months. The tutor will be able to guide
you for all your
education needs within the course of study you signed up for.
Here you do not have interact with “machines” or “robots” as you would in
online courses. All
correspondences will be with a real life professional via email for quality
control purposes and
records of such emails will be considered as learning evidence as well. Students
may use internet
chat software for additional consultations with the tutor but such interaction
will not be used when
qualitative assessment is required in case of borderline passes or failure.
